Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies
- Conduct internal investigations and ensure timely resolution of compliance issues

- Collaborate with various departments to integrate compliance into daily operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, governance, or risk management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Professional certification in compliance or related field is a plus
- Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
