Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the execution of corporate finance strategies and investment proposals to support Group growth.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects and ventures.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and liquidity management to ensure optimal financial health.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Utilize financial modeling and data analysis to drive decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as ACCA/CA/CFA is preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project finance, corporate investment, or treasury management.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
