Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end quality assurance processes for feed and raw materials to ensure optimal product performance.
- Conduct rigorous laboratory analysis and testing to verify the quality and safety of incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Implement and monitor premix control systems to maintain nutritional consistency and prevent contamination.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international feed safety regulations, HACCP protocols, and ISO standards.
- Lead internal audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product reliability.
- Investigate and resolve quality deviations or customer complaints using root cause analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within the feed, animal nutrition, or FMCG industry.
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO quality management systems.
- Proficient in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and quality management software systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and test results.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.
