Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior executive and high-level academic positions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including proactive headhunting and networking.
- Partner with University leadership to define role requirements and selection criteria for key hires.
- Oversee candidate outreach, interviewing, and assessment processes to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
- Lead complex salary negotiations and offer management to secure top-tier candidates.
- Manage relationships with external search firms and recruitment agencies where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, employment regulations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize search efficiency and candidate conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in executive search or corporate recruitment, preferably in academia or a global corporate environment.
- Proven track record of placing senior-level professionals and managing high-stakes hiring projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the Singaporean talent market and international hiring trends.
- Outstanding communication, networking, and negotiation abilities.
- High level of professional discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and modern recruitment technology tools.
