Based in the Central Region of Singapore, this role is critical in driving data-informed decisions and evaluating the overall effectiveness of various educational programs and initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute robust research methodologies and evaluation frameworks for various educational programs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to measure program effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports, presentations, and visual dashboards for key stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate closely with program managers, educators, and policymakers to identify areas for program improvement.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure all research deliverables meet strict quality and accuracy standards.
- Conduct thorough literature reviews and environmental scanning to stay updated on current educational trends and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Education, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, or program evaluation.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, Python, or Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Prior experience working within the public sector or the educational industry is highly advantageous.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple research projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
