Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly competent and proactive Senior Executive, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) to drive safety excellence for our client. This pivotal role demands a comprehensive understanding of Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Facilities Management within a demanding healthcare setting.
As the WSH Senior Executive, you will be the key driver of a positive safety culture, ensuring a secure environment for patients, staff, and stakeholders. You will take ownership of implementing and managing WSH management systems, conducting rigorous risk assessments, and leading incident investigations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring full compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and other relevant regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Collaboration with facilities management teams on building services engineering and fire safety will form a core part of your duties. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Management and work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Clinical Services, and Facilities Management. You will champion the adoption of world-class safety initiatives, oversee contractor management safety, manage hazardous materials, and conduct thorough audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and review workplace safety and health policies and procedures to align with legislative changes and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and workplace inspections across various healthcare facilities.
- Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage and maintain WSH management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, bizSAFE Level Star).
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging WSH training and safety promotion activities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage statutory submissions to MOM, NEA, and SCDF.
- Chair the Workplace Safety and Health Committee, driving continuous improvement and safety culture.
- Collaborate with Facilities Management on environmental health, fire safety, and building services engineering matters.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related discipline.
- Registered WSH Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant WSH experience, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or critical facilities management sector.
- Strong working knowledge of the WSH Act, Environmental Public Health Act, and Fire Safety Act.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (CFSM) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a proactive mindset.
