Join PT PSE Prima Sukses as a Senior EXIM Manager and lead our international trade operations. This pivotal role requires you to oversee the entire export-import lifecycle, ensuring seamless compliance with customs regulations, optimizing logistics efficiency, and maintaining cost-effective supply chain solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex documentation processes, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement in trade operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment where precision, regulatory expertise, and strategic planning converge to support global market expansion.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export-import processes including customs clearance, documentation, and shipping coordination
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements
- Optimize logistics costs and timelines while maintaining service quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies
- Analyze trade data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams for integrated supply chain management
- Prepare and maintain trade compliance documentation (B/L, COO, invoices, permits)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade operations or customs management
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian import/export regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in trade documentation systems and customs clearance software
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
- Certification in customs compliance or international trade (e.g., CLE, CSCP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in manufacturing industry environment highly valued
