As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing the entire import-export lifecycle, from documentation and customs clearance to shipping coordination and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the entire import-export process for company products
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies
- Prepare and review import-export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Monitor and analyze trade policies, tariffs, and regulations affecting company operations
- Develop and implement cost-effective shipping solutions and logistics strategies
- Resolve customs issues and delays efficiently to maintain supply chain continuity
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of goods across borders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in import-export operations, preferably in manufacturing
- Deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Proficiency in preparing and processing import-export documentation
- Strong negotiation skills with freight forwarders and shipping companies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for resolving customs and shipping issues
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring trade policies and optimizing logistics costs
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
