PT PSE Prima Sukses is a growing leader in the manufacturing and logistics sector, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Export Import (EXIM) Officer to join our team in Ngoro, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of international trade operations, maintaining compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all end-to-end export and import documentation processes, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth international shipments.
- Ensure all goods are correctly classified according to HS Codes and applicable trade regulations.
- Monitor and manage the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any customs clearance issues promptly.
- Prepare periodic reports on EXIM activities, costs, and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Purchasing, Production, and Finance) to align logistics schedules with business operational needs.
- Stay updated on changing government regulations regarding trade and customs to ensure the company remains fully compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven professional experience in an EXIM role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, INSW (Indonesia National Single Window), and PIB/PEB processing.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail under pressure.
- Experience in managing shipping documentation such as B/L, Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
