PT PSE Prima Sukses is a leading player in the manufacturing and logistics sector, committed to operational excellence and global trade efficiency. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Export-Import (EXIM) Specialist to join our team in Ngoro, East Java.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our international trade operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of import and export processes, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations, optimizing lead times, and maintaining seamless coordination between internal departments, freight forwarders, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indonesian trade laws, INCOTERMS, and logistics strategy to drive cost-efficiency and operational reliability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of export and import shipments, from document preparation to final delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with government customs regulations, trade permits (PI/LS), and relevant international trade laws.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to optimize transit times and minimize logistics costs.
- Handle complex documentation including Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, and Certificate of Origins.
- Monitor and track shipment progress, providing proactive updates to internal stakeholders regarding status and potential bottlenecks.
- Oversee the processing of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and customs clearance documents via the CEISA system.
- Develop and implement improvements in EXIM workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational risks.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all trade-related documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an EXIM role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, Export/Import permits (NIB, IT, PI), and INCOTERMS 2020.
- Proficiency in using the CEISA system and online government trade portals (INSW).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating with vendors and communicating effectively with authorities.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
- Highly organized, meticulous with numbers and data, and capable of managing multi-channel documentation flows.
