Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for UK-based stakeholders.
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business case development and strategic planning.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, working capital, and key financial KPIs to ensure organizational health.
- Provide insightful commentary on financial performance to non-financial department heads.
- Ensure strict adherence to UK financial reporting standards and internal compliance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance.
- Prior experience supporting UK-based finance operations or working with UK GAAP/IFRS.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, complex modeling) and financial reporting software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into executive-level summaries.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present financial data to international stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines in a remote or outsourced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
