The Star Performing Arts Centre is seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Front-Of-House (FOH) Executive to join our premier venue team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every guest experiences world-class service from the moment they arrive.

As a Senior FOH Executive, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of ushers and support staff, and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction are paramount. Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise day-to-day Front-of-House operations to ensure seamless event delivery and high standards of service.
  • Manage, train, and mentor a team of part-time ushers and service staff to ensure consistent adherence to venue policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback and conflict resolution during live performances and events.
  • Coordinate closely with event organizers, security, and technical teams to manage venue access and crowd control.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings to communicate essential information regarding show specifics, seating arrangements, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor venue facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and overall readiness for public arrival.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-event reports summarizing attendance, operational challenges, and guest feedback.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front-of-House operations, preferably within an arts venue, theatre, or luxury hotel environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and venue ticketing/management systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the event schedule.
