Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute the daily operational activities for various mutual funds, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Perform comprehensive reconciliation of fund positions, cash, and trades, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Process and verify fund subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with fund administrators, custodians, transfer agents, and other third-party service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and review periodic reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and streamline workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert for junior team members, providing guidance and support on complex operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, internal controls, and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in fund operations, investment operations, or a similar role within the banking or asset management industry.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund structures, lifecycle, and financial instruments.
- Proven experience with fund reconciliation processes and trade support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using fund accounting software, trading platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with various stakeholders.
