In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials that meet our design specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fashion industry and experience working with various levels of suppliers across the garment manufacturing ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with our design and production teams to source materials that align with our brand's aesthetic and quality standards while maintaining cost efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate garment manufacturing materials to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers at various levels of the supply chain
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely material availability
- Research and identify new suppliers and materials to enhance product offerings
- Review and approve purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with design teams to source materials that meet creative specifications
- Track supplier performance and implement improvement strategies as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment purchasing or fashion procurement
- Deep knowledge of garment manufacturing materials and production processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Understanding of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in the fashion industry
