Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving operational excellence within the manufacturing sector? Adecco is currently seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in Jawa Barat. This is a unique opportunity for a transformation-focused leader to oversee end-to-end HR functions, ranging from establishing foundational operations for new sites to spearheading complex organizational change initiatives.
As the Senior HR Manager, you will serve as a key business partner to the leadership team, ensuring that our workforce strategy aligns perfectly with manufacturing productivity goals and corporate compliance standards. We are looking for a visionary who can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced industrial environment while fostering a high-performance culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business growth and manufacturing efficiency targets.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Manage industrial relations and ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and collective labor agreements (PKB).
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives, including change management, restructuring, and culture building.
- Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive structures tailored for the manufacturing workforce.
- Partner with site management to handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Drive learning and development programs to bridge skill gaps and enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations practices.
- Proven track record in setting up HR departments from scratch or successfully managing site-wide HR transformations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
