Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership, focusing on operational performance and organizational development.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession strategy, and performance management cycles.
- Analyze HR metrics and operational data to provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and internal corporate governance.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee relations issues and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Drive the implementation of HR technology solutions to streamline reporting and employee engagement processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment strategies for high-priority operational roles within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an HRBP or HR supervisory role, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data visualization tools.
- Deep working knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Tech-savvy professional with an interest in digital transformation within HR.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, capable of navigating a global corporate environment.
