Our client, a leading multinational chemical manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HSEF (Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire) Manager to oversee and elevate safety standards at their state-of-the-art facility in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat.
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust HSEF management systems in compliance with local regulations (UU No. 1 Year 1970, SMK3) and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). You will champion a world-class safety culture, driving continuous improvement in risk assessment, incident prevention, and environmental sustainability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the site's HSEF strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with corporate and local regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and build the capability of the site HSEF team, promoting a proactive hazard-identification and risk-mitigation mindset across all departments.
- Oversee the implementation of environmental management systems (ISO 14001) and occupational health & safety systems (ISO 45001/SMK3).
- Manage and optimize fire protection systems, emergency response plans, and conduct regular mock drills to ensure high-level preparedness.
- Lead comprehensive incident investigations using root-cause analysis (RCA) and ensure the execution of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Serve as the primary liaison with government bodies, external auditors, and community stakeholders on all HSEF compliance and reporting matters.
- Monitor, analyze, and report HSEF performance metrics (KPIs, TRIFR, LTIFR) to senior management and drive initiatives for continuous performance improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Safety), Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HSE leadership experience, specifically within the Chemical, Petrochemical, or heavy process manufacturing industries.
- Mandatory certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (General K3 Specialist), and ideally certification in Fire Safety (K3 Penanggulangan Kebakaran) or Auditor SMK3.
- Deep working knowledge of Indonesian OHS laws, AMDAL, UKL/UPL, and international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PROPER.
- Proven experience in managing process safety management (PSM), HAZOP studies, and quantitative risk assessments (QRA).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence safety culture at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is highly preferred for corporate reporting.
