Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust HSEF policies, strategies, and procedures aligned with global chemical industry standards.
- Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure full compliance with government environmental regulations, ISO standards, and site-specific safety protocols.
- Manage facility maintenance operations, including utility management and infrastructure upgrades to ensure operational uptime.
- Lead and mentor the HSE team, fostering a culture of safety awareness and operational excellence across all departments.
- Oversee emergency response planning, fire safety systems, and chemical handling procedures to mitigate industrial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional plant leadership to optimize facility performance while maintaining strict safety and sustainability targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HSE management roles, specifically within the chemical or petrochemical manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian HSE regulations, hazardous material handling, and process safety management (PSM).
- Professional certifications such as K3 Umum, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or equivalent international HSE credentials.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial facility operations and maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
