Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSEF policies aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local regulations
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance inspections
- Manage environmental programs including waste management, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain crisis management protocols
- Oversee HSEF training programs and promote safety awareness across all departments
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain documentation for government agencies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years HSEF management experience in chemical/petrochemical industries
- Professional certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA Lead Auditor, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor)
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and OHSAS standards
- Proven experience managing HSEF teams and large-scale safety projects
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and training delivery
