Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HSEF policies aligned with OSHA, ISO 45001, and local regulations
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for workplace accidents
- Conduct risk assessments for chemical handling, storage, and transportation
- Manage environmental compliance programs including waste management and emissions control
- Coordinate emergency response drills for chemical spills, fires, and hazardous releases
- Implement behavioral safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee contractor safety performance and HSEF training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or Safety Management
- Minimum 8 years HSEF management experience in chemical/petrochemical industry
- Professional certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA 30, or equivalent) required
- Expert knowledge of Indonesia's K3 regulations and international standards
- Proven track record in reducing workplace incidents by 30%+
- Advanced proficiency in HSEF management software and reporting systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
