Join Ruby Logistik's dynamic logistics team as a Senior Import Documentation Specialist. This critical role requires expertise in managing complex import documentation processes and ensuring seamless customs clearance operations. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate PIB drafts, coordinating with PPJK (Pengelola Impor dan Ekspor Jasa), and liaising with shipping lines to maintain supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while navigating Indonesia's regulatory landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage complete import documentation packages including PIB drafts, customs declarations, and shipping manifests
- Coordinate with PPJK to ensure compliance with import regulations and licensing requirements
- Liaise with shipping lines and freight forwarders to obtain necessary shipping documents and transit information
- Verify accuracy of all import documents and resolve discrepancies in customs clearance processes
- Maintain organized documentation archives and ensure timely submission to customs authorities
- Monitor changes in import regulations and update documentation procedures accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve import-related issues and optimize clearance timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import documentation and customs clearance
- Proficiency in preparing PIB drafts and customs declaration forms
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures
- Experience coordinating with PPJK and shipping line representatives
- Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex document workflows
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
