Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries
- Optimize transportation routes and negotiate contracts to minimize logistics costs
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, tariffs, and import licensing requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key logistics partners and suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehousing activities for imported goods
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead crisis management for shipping delays or customs-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export logistics within the manufacturing sector
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations (BP Batam, Bea Cukai) and import procedures
- Proven track record in managing freight forwarding, FOB/CIF terms, and Incoterms
- Strong analytical skills for logistics cost optimization and route planning
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is preferred
