As a Retailer Customer Success Leader, you will own the end-to-end strategy for retailer engagement.   • Develop and execute comprehensive insights strategies for key retail accounts, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
  • Lead customer success initiatives to maximize client adoption and utilization of NielsenIQ products and services.
  • Synthesize complex market data into clear, actionable insights and presentations for senior retail stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on client performance metrics, delivering insights-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners to assess progress and recalibrate strategies as needed.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for client engagement and analytical delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to provide proactive insights to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in market research, insights management, or customer success within retail, FMCG, or data analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage large, strategic accounts and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and NielsenIQ syndicated data.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
