Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop tailored insurance solutions for a diverse range of clients.
- Negotiate premium rates and coverage terms with insurance carriers to secure the best value for clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with OJK regulations and internal company policies at all times.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high retention rates and client satisfaction.
- Lead strategic negotiations and provide expert advice on claims management and policy adjustments.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the Jakarta Raya region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the underwriting and issuance processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
- Valid OJK License (JRA - Juru Tingkat Reasuransi) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and general insurance products.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
