Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for ERP accounting systems to internal and external stakeholders
- Diagnose and resolve complex financial system issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Document support cases, knowledge base articles, and process improvements
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize system workflows
- Train users on ERP functionalities and accounting best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or ERP system administration
- Proficiency in ERP accounting modules (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in creative industries or property sector is advantageous
