This is a critical role for an expert who understands the complexities of product development, regulatory frameworks, and market-driven solutions in the Indonesian insurance landscape.
As part of our product development team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, structuring, and launching innovative life insurance products that provide tangible value to customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, legal, compliance, and sales departments, to ensure our product portfolio remains competitive and financially sound. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and development lifecycle for new life insurance product suites.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the insurance sector.
- Coordinate with actuarial teams to model product pricing, profitability, and risk assessment parameters.
- Ensure all product designs fully comply with OJK regulations and internal corporate compliance standards.
- Develop detailed product collateral, including policy wording, benefit summaries, and sales training materials.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and implement necessary optimizations based on market feedback.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to align product strategies with corporate sales goals and digital distribution roadmaps.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, development, or management within the Life Insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian insurance market trends, customer behavior, and regulatory requirements (OJK).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting actuarial data and market research.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Certification in relevant insurance fields (e.g., AAIJ, FLMI) is considered a distinct advantage.
