Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage warehouse inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders.
- Optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules to reduce lead times and operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international shipping regulations, including customs documentation and permits.
- Analyze logistics KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Lead and mentor junior logistics staff to ensure departmental goals are met consistently.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales departments to align logistics capacity with business demand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, export/import procedures, and domestic freight.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex logistical problems under pressure.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta Raya and adapt to a contract-based employment structure.
