Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for multimodal freight services (Sea, Air, and Land).
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new logistics vendors to ensure service scalability.
- Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts to optimize cost-efficiency and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance through regular audits and KPI tracking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international shipping lines and carriers.
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic recommendations on procurement and freight rate stability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure logistics operations align with client requirements and delivery timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Shipping Line, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding company.
- Deep understanding of multimodal logistics (Sea, Air, and Land) and procurement cycles.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and freight costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
