Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with a passion for industrial machinery? PT Pradha Karya Perkasa is seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility in Mojokerto. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our production line, ensuring the seamless operation of our plastic extrusion machinery.
You will be responsible for executing complex preventive maintenance programs, performing rapid diagnostics, and leading troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of machine efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on plastics extrusion lines and peripheral equipment.
- Lead complex troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to reduce machine downtime.
- Analyze root causes of machine failures and implement long-term technical solutions.
- Supervise machine startups and monitor performance parameters to ensure quality production.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine throughput and energy efficiency.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, parts usage, and service history.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations (K3) and environmental standards.
- Train junior technicians on machine operation and maintenance best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, specifically within plastic extrusion or injection molding industries.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
- Solid understanding of PLC, sensors, temperature controllers, and drive systems.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdown repairs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide support during production emergencies.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kabupaten Mojokerto, Jawa Timur.
