- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to drive enterprise and program-level analytical strategies.
- Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable executive insights to support business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and automated reporting suites.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify process improvement opportunities through data mining and statistical analysis.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, proactively identifying trends, risks, and anomalies.
- Manage end-to-end data projects, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports.
- Champion a data-centric culture by communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or strategic operations management.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and data warehouse architecture.
- Proven ability to influence senior-level management through data-backed storytelling.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on business process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
