Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the FAT team to achieve excellence in audit execution and compliance
- Design and implement enhanced internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and regulatory exposure
- Drive strategic planning and execution of audit programs to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize financial processes and achieve organizational targets
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop corrective action plans for identified control gaps
- Represent the department in executive meetings to communicate audit findings and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CIA/ACCA certification mandatory
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial audit/tax with 3+ years in managerial/supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in implementing internal control frameworks and compliance programs
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial standards, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency in audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and ERP systems
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in bilingual environments
