Join our rapidly expanding gold retail enterprise as a Senior Manager Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) and spearhead the financial backbone of our thriving operations. In this strategic leadership role, you will design and execute comprehensive financial strategies that drive sustainable growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize profitability across our retail gold business. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor high-performing finance teams, and provide critical financial insights to C-level executives while navigating Indonesia's complex regulatory landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives and market growth
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and optimization initiatives to minimize tax liabilities
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage financial risk assessment and internal control systems
- Lead and develop a team of 5+ finance professionals through mentorship and performance management
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to support strategic business initiatives
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; Master's degree or CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- 8+ years in finance with 3+ years in managerial role
- Proven experience in retail or precious metals industry
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing finance teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
