- Develop and execute precinct development strategies to enhance Bugis's arts and cultural identity
- Lead placemaking initiatives creating vibrant public spaces that attract visitors and foster community engagement
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, cultural institutions, and local businesses
- Oversee planning and execution of cultural events, festivals, and programming initiatives
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage stakeholder communications and community outreach programs
- Monitor KPIs and report on precinct performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Cultural Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5-8 years' experience in precinct development, placemaking, or cultural management
- Proven track record in stakeholder partnership development and management
- Expertise in arts/heritage district revitalization or cultural programming
- Strong project management skills with ability to deliver complex initiatives
- Deep understanding of Singapore's cultural landscape and regulatory environment
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
