- Lead cross-functional teams in optimizing sourcing processes and vendor management systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in sourcing/procurement with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven experience in digital transformation of supply chain operations
- Expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and contract optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of sustainability standards and ethical sourcing practices
- Strategic planning abilities with track record of driving operational excellence
