Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive material requirement plans to meet production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor coordination, order placement, and contract negotiation for excellence in supply quality.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while preventing stock-outs of critical raw materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and enhance overall inventory turnover ratios.
- Mentor and guide junior planners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and ISO manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced data analysis skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Solid understanding of Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing and safety stock management strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members effectively.
