Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
- Act as the technical lead for troubleshooting software-related issues in laboratory diagnostic equipment.
- Develop and implement workflows for digital reporting, data validation, and result transmission.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to integrate new diagnostic instruments into the existing hospital network.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., CAP, ISO 15189) regarding laboratory informatics and cybersecurity.
- Train laboratory staff on new software updates, digital documentation tools, and informatics best practices.
- Lead data analysis projects to identify bottlenecks and optimize laboratory testing turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with proven exposure to LIS administration.
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, diagnostic instrumentation, and middleware systems.
- Proficiency in data management tools, SQL, or health informatics software is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary medical and IT teams.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore.
