Vale, a leading global mining company with a strong commitment to health and safety, is seeking a Senior Medical Services Analyst to be based in Luwu Timur, Sulawesi Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will manage the analysis of complex medical and health data, turning raw information into strategic insights that improve the quality of healthcare delivered across our operations.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teamsāincluding physicians, nurses, IT professionals, and senior managementāto design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that monitor key health metrics. Your expertise will drive evidenceābased decisionāmaking, support policy development, and ensure compliance with Indonesian health regulations and Valeās internal standards.
Key duties include identifying trends and gaps in health service delivery, proposing dataādriven solutions to enhance patient outcomes, and delivering training programs that empower staff to leverage data effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze medical and health data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that support strategic decisionāmaking.
- Collaborate with clinical staff, IT, and management to align data initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian health regulations and Valeās internal health standards.
- Conduct training sessions on data collection, reporting tools, and best practices for data utilization.
- Support research projects and provide data expertise for policy development and community health initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Medical Records, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical data analysis, health information management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerāÆBI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare systems, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problemāsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to nonātechnical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
