Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for various digital and print platforms.
- Create engaging motion graphics and video edits to enhance brand social media presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for integrated advertising campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and creative outputs.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, design tools, and emerging multimedia technologies.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in multimedia design or a similar creative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, layout, and motion graphics.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple project timelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
