Are you an experienced underwriter looking for a stable, long-term role within a US-based financial team? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Non-QM Mortgage Underwriter to join our remote workforce. This position requires working the night shift to support US business hours while evaluating complex loan applications.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the thorough review of Non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) loan packages, performing in-depth risk assessments, and making critical credit decisions that align with regulatory standards. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a background in complex lending, and the discipline to work independently during night shifts, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex loan applications and financial documentation for Non-QM products.
- Make sound underwriting decisions and credit risk assessments.
- Ensure strict compliance with US mortgage regulations and lending guidelines.
- Communicate clear loan decisions and rationales to loan officers and borrowers.
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently within the night shift schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve underwriting issues.
- Stay updated on changes in mortgage lending laws and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Non-QM Mortgage Underwriting.
- Strong working knowledge of US lending laws, Dodd-Frank regulations, and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements.
- Must be available to work night shifts (US time zones).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
