Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations including container tracking, route optimization, and resource allocation
- Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational targets
- Manage documentation processes including shipping manifests, customs clearance, and delivery confirmations
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide real-time operational updates to stakeholders and resolve emerging issues
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or dispatching
- Proficiency in logistics management software and container tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor coordination
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven track record of meeting SLAs and operational targets
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous
