Sabio Advisory Corporation is seeking a dynamic and highly strategic Senior Performance Lead to drive enterprise-level performance marketing strategies across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic channels for our portfolio of high-profile regional and global clients.
As the Senior Performance Lead, you will sit at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity. You will be responsible for defining the overarching media strategy, managing substantial media investments, and leading a high-performing team of specialists. - Architect and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms to achieve client growth KPIs.
- Provide strategic oversight and governance for multi-million dollar media budgets, ensuring optimal pacing, allocation, and maximum ROAS.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish robust measurement frameworks, advanced attribution models, and unified reporting dashboards to deliver actionable insights to C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Analytics, and AdTech, to drive continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies, platform betas, and industry trends to keep clients at the forefront of digital advertising.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a highly analytical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a regional or global leadership capacity within a top-tier agency or enterprise brand.
- Subject matter expertise across the entire digital media ecosystem, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and Programmatic DSPs.
- Demonstrated experience in managing seven-figure media budgets with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV.
- Highly analytical mind with advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio), and marketing attribution methodologies.
- Superb communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into compelling strategic narratives.
