Wipro Consumer Care is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PID Chemist to join our dynamic product innovation and development team in Subang Jaya. In this 1-year contract role, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in personal care product formulation. You will play a critical role in bridging scientific innovation with consumer needs, ensuring our FMCG products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the formulation and development of new personal care products from concept to final production.
- Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure long-term product integrity.
- Manage raw material evaluations and source innovative ingredients to improve product performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product launches.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of experimental procedures, results, and formulation logs in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Scale-up pilot batches to full-scale production, troubleshooting any formulation issues during the transition.
- Stay updated with global industry trends, sustainable ingredients, and new technologies in the FMCG personal care space.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in R&D or PID within the FMCG personal care industry.
- Proficiency in formulating diverse product categories such as skincare, hair care, or body care.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards for consumer care products in Malaysia and international markets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
