Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS) to ensure timely delivery of garment products.
- Analyze production capacity and resource availability to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute material requirements planning (MRP) to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align production targets with market demand.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track production performance, lead times, and material usage accuracy.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput.
- Provide regular reports and analytical insights to management regarding production status and supply chain health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in a PPIC or production planning role, preferably within the garment or textile industry.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency for complex data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts, JIT, and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in cross-functional team coordination.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
