PT Prabu Indonesia Melangkah is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, responsible for bridging the gap between sales demand and manufacturing execution. You will lead the development of robust production schedules, optimize inventory levels, and ensure that our supply chain operates with maximum agility and minimum waste.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and plant capacity.
- Monitor inventory levels proactively to prevent stock-outs or overstocking, ensuring optimal capital utilization.
- Coordinate closely with the procurement team to ensure timely arrival of raw materials for seamless manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.
- Analyze production performance metrics (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage lead times and distribution flow effectively.
- Maintain and update ERP/MRP systems to ensure data integrity and real-time visibility of production status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in PPIC or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macro) for data modeling and reporting.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, JIT (Just-in-Time), and MRP principles.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to bridge the gap between production floor and management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
