Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor operations teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational rigor.
- Analyze complex operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and design scalable process improvements.
- Execute root-cause analysis on operational issues and implement long-term corrective and preventive actions.
- Act as the primary bridge for system updates and integrations, ensuring operational readiness and seamless adoption.
- Synthesize operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Manage onsite project deployments, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Drive standard operating procedure (SOP) development and maintain excellence across all operational touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or management consulting.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar operational excellence methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from conception to onsite implementation.
