- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact programs and initiatives aligned with Australian foreign policy objectives.
- Manage project budgets, financial resources, and timelines to ensure milestones are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including government officials, partner agencies, and the Australian public.
- Identify potential project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Produce comprehensive reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior management to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align program objectives with broader organizational strategies.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance development of program staff.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a government, diplomatic, or large-scale organizational setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and operational management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and prepare strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at high levels.
- Tertiary qualification in Public Administration, International Relations, Business Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with a strong focus on results and quality.
