As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full event lifecycle—from initial strategy and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event analysis. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent stakeholder management skills, and is dedicated to delivering excellence in the Advertising, Arts & Media space. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end event projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal creative teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Oversee on-site event operations, managing production crews and troubleshooting issues in real-time.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking.
- Conduct post-event reviews to identify successes, areas for improvement, and ROI for our clients.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within the events or media industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of event production technical requirements and safety standards.
- Creative mindset with the ability to provide innovative solutions to logistical challenges.
