We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer to lead our most prestigious construction projects from conception to completion.

You will oversee all technical aspects of construction, manage a diverse workforce of contractors and vendors, and ensure that every build meets our exacting standards of luxury and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for luxury residential and commercial developments.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site supervisors to ensure design integrity and technical compliance.
- Manage vendor selection, procurement processes, and contract negotiations to optimize costs and quality.
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain rigorous quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA) across all phases of the building process.
- Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to prevent delays.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports and financial progress updates to stakeholders.
- Manage site safety protocols and ensure all work complies with Indonesian building regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in project management, specifically within the luxury real estate sector.
- Deep understanding of structural engineering principles and Indonesian building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex vendor networks under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other industry-standard project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach to site supervision and budget management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
