Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor electrical projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues and make decisions to keep projects on track
- Manage project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry standards
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
