Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import procurement processes, including order placement, tracking, and customs clearance coordination.
- Ensure full compliance with international import/export regulations and Indonesian customs requirements.
- Strategically evaluate and negotiate with international and domestic suppliers to optimize costs and lead times.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuous product availability.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Handle all necessary documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement, specifically focusing on international imports.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, HS Codes, and import licensing (e.g., NIB, PI).
- Proven ability to negotiate with global suppliers and manage complex logistics chains.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
